Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Student 1st Athlete 2nd!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

  1. S1A2 online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at student1stathlete2nd.com.
  2. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our S1A2 team.
  6. S1A2 is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.  Please keep your proof of postage and or/return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.  Please contact info@student1stathlete2nd.com for assistance
  8. Return drop-offs are not accepted at our distribution center or corporate office

Refunds

  1. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card Code within 5 days.
  2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

     

    Shipping

    1. You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your item(s).
    2. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

       If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        

      Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

      S1A2 reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

      1. An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
      2. An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
      3. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

        Similarly, S1A2 reserves the right to refuse service online to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

         

        Damaged Items

         Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team (info@student1stathlete2nd.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
